I know sometimes it feels like the world is out to get you. That your relationships are suffering. Your job is overwhelming and your self esteem is in the toilet. I know that can feel lonely and isolating. I'm here to let you know that you are not alone. In any of it.
That even though things may not be sunshine and rainbows, there is always something to be grateful for. That when you're feeling stuck there's a way out. That when you're riddled with anxiety, there is someone to lean on. That's why human connection and community are so important. So you can have a support system to help when you're struggling.
May is #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth and I want you to know that you are not alone. I want you to know that I see you. That I have been there. And that the best thing you can do is to lean on your support. If you need help, just want to talk or need a lifeline, please reach out, because you are not alone.
